Deliverables
Price, payment, lead time, quality claims and penalties
Evidence for materials, production, pre-shipment and loading
Receiving account checked against the legal entity
Risks and what to prepare
| Genuine documents, shell entity | Complete registration does not prove capability — verify on site |
|---|---|
| Mismatched receiving account | The clearest red flag; verify before any payment |
| Sample vs production gap | Agree sealed samples, sampling ratio and non-conformance handling |
| Unenforceable lead times | Verbal promises lack recourse; put them in penalty clauses |
| Layered middlemen | Direct factory contact may save 8–20%, but confirm willingness to serve small orders |

Frequently asked
Do you only cover the Philippines?
Our local execution capability is currently concentrated in the Philippines, our first market. China-side scoping, supply chain coordination and project management can support other markets, but local execution is assessed case by case.
How soon will someone contact me after I submit an inquiry?
Messages received during business hours are usually answered within 2 hours; complex requirements get a scoping call within one business day. Every inquiry receives a reference number and is tracked internally.
Do you collect or forward payments?
No. Payment routes are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. We verify that the receiving account matches the legal entity and witness key milestones, reducing risk without taking custody of funds.
What does a factory audit report contain?
Site versus registered address consistency, equipment and process, quality control steps, inventory levels, workforce size, time- and location-stamped photos, and a risk list. Sampling projects include sealed-sample records.
