FAQ

FAQ

Answers to the questions we are asked most often.

General

Do you only cover the Philippines?

Our local execution capability is currently concentrated in the Philippines, our first market. China-side scoping, supply chain coordination and project management can support other markets, but local execution is assessed case by case.

How soon will someone contact me after I submit an inquiry?

Messages received during business hours are usually answered within 2 hours; complex requirements get a scoping call within one business day. Every inquiry receives a reference number and is tracked internally.

Market entry

Can we commission research only, without execution?

Yes. Research, channel development, access compliance, trial orders and promotion support can each be commissioned separately. Each engagement defines deliverables and boundaries to avoid ambiguity later.

Can you handle product certification directly?

We handle access route assessment, document coordination and follow-up. Testing and registration requiring licensed bodies or designated laboratories are issued by qualified institutions; we do not substitute for official determinations.

Sourcing

Do you collect or forward payments?

No. Payment routes are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. We verify that the receiving account matches the legal entity and witness key milestones, reducing risk without taking custody of funds.

What does a factory audit report contain?

Site versus registered address consistency, equipment and process, quality control steps, inventory levels, workforce size, time- and location-stamped photos, and a risk list. Sampling projects include sealed-sample records.

Investment

Can you guarantee incentive eligibility for investment projects?

No. Eligibility is determined by the competent authority against project conditions. We compare conditions, prepare documents and coordinate process, and state uncertainties and fallback routes explicitly.

How long does incorporation take?

It depends on entity type, sector permits and foreign exchange registration; 6–12 weeks is common in practice, longer with special sector licences. We provide a buffered timeline before kick-off and update weekly.

Opportunities

Will publishing an opportunity expose my company and contacts?

No. Real names, legal company names, registration data, phone, email and WeChat are visible only to authorised reviewers. Public pages show a desensitised summary only, with all contact handled by LINODA staff.

How long does opportunity review take?

Initial review usually completes within 3–5 business days. If further documents are needed we contact you via the details submitted, and the status is visible in the progress lookup. After approval, staff prepare Chinese and English public drafts, published after two-person review.
