  2. Opportunity applications: company registration data, identity or corporate documents, project background and commercial terms;
  3. Automatically recorded data: source page, page language, placement, campaign parameters (UTM), submission time and hashed network identifiers;
  4. Communication records: emails, meeting minutes and follow-up notes with our staff.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange business contact;
  • To verify opportunity applications and complete review and confidentiality editing;
  • To publish desensitised listings on this site that contain no identity or contact details;
  • For internal business statistics and service improvement;
  • With your consent, to send you service-related notices.

3. What is published

Your real name, legal company name, registration data, phone, email, WeChat and WhatsApp are never displayed on public pages. Public listings show only our rewritten summary, industry, region, scale range and cooperation model, with all contact handled by LINODA staff.

4. Sharing

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except:

  • Where necessary to deliver a service you commissioned, to partner institutions you are informed of (local counsel, accountants, testing bodies);
  • Where required by law or by a competent authority;
  • Where you have given separate consent.

5. Retention

  • Inquiry data: 24 months from last contact;
  • Opportunity applications: 36 months from submission, or 12 months after the related listing is taken down;
  • Audit and security logs: 12 months;
  • After these periods we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent or close your account. Submit requests via the contact page; we respond within 15 business days.

7. Security

  • HTTPS for all traffic;
  • Admin passwords stored as salted scrypt hashes;
  • Client applications and public listings are physically separated at the data layer;
  • Attachments in private storage, accessible only via short-lived links;
  • Role-based access plus operation logging for all admin activity.

8. Cross-border transfer

We process business information in both China and the Philippines. Where cross-border transfer applies, we take the compliance measures required by applicable personal information protection law, as confirmed by qualified legal counsel.
