Publishing & Review Rules

These rules set out the conditions, review process and responsibilities for opportunities, news and policy content published on this site.

Last updated:2026-10-01

1. Scope

These rules apply to all opportunity listings, industry news, policy and regulation items, policy analysis, market insight, company updates, event notices and case studies published here.

2. Prerequisites for opportunity listings

  1. The applicant submits a real name, legal company name and valid contact details;
  2. The requirement is specific, including category, scale, region and cooperation model;
  3. Verifiable qualifications or supporting documents are provided;
  4. The privacy policy and truthfulness statement are acknowledged;
  5. Manual review is passed and staff complete the bilingual confidentiality edit.

3. Confidentiality editing

Public pages must not contain:

  • The applicant's real name;
  • Legal company name or registration number;
  • Phone, email, WeChat or WhatsApp;
  • Internal project numbers that could identify the applicant;
  • Pricing, contract or technical secrets without authorisation.

Public pages may contain: a rewritten title and summary, industry, region, scale range, cooperation model, public reference number, publication date and validity, and a LINODA project contact.

4. Review process

```
Submit → initial review (3–5 business days) → verify company and requirement
→ request further documents (if needed) → approved → bilingual public draft
→ two-person review → publish → automatic expiry
```

If any step fails we explain why and keep a record. Rejected applications are not published.

5. News and policy standards

  • Every policy item states issuing authority, jurisdiction, status and last verification date;
  • Official facts and LINODA analysis are strictly separated; analysis must not be presented as official conclusion;
  • Data, dates, amounts and ratios must carry source and reference date;
  • When a policy lapses, the old page is retained with status marked and linked to the new version — URLs are not deleted;
  • Unsourced policy conclusions and unverified market data are not accepted.

6. Case study standards

  • Cases are anonymous or industry-anonymous by default;
  • Client names, contract values, contacts, supplier lists and undisclosed operating data are not published without written permission;
  • Client quotes require authorisation;
  • Image, trademark and site material usage rights must be confirmed.

7. Prohibited content

  • False, exaggerated or unprovable commercial claims;
  • Impersonation of a person or company;
  • Unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or manipulative content;
  • Content infringing intellectual property or trade secrets;
  • Content containing malicious code, phishing links or spam.

8. Enforcement

We remove violating content immediately and record the action. Serious cases are blacklisted from future publishing. Suspected unlawful activity is reported to the competent authorities.

9. Appeals

If you disagree with a review decision, submit an appeal via the contact page with supporting materials. We review and respond within 5 business days.
